Our terms of use are intended, among other things, to inform our customers about the way in which the VTB Pro works for making online appointments.
All customers who read and approve the general terms and conditions get a clear picture of the different procedures.

Use of the material on this website is free as long as you do not copy, distribute or otherwise use or misuse this information. You may only reuse the information on this website in accordance with the regulations of mandatory law. You can keep photos, texts and other information for your own interest. ARTICLE 5 – Offers and Agreements.
Our prices include all taxes, VAT, duties and services. So you will never be faced with surprises.
ARTICLE 6 – Conclusion of agreement
You can only register via the website, after which the Participant will receive a confirmation email.
After receipt of the digital confirmation email from VTB PRO, the booking is final.
ARTICLE 7 – Payments
VTB-Pro charges the costs of the services. This will be mailed.
The customer has the obligation to pay the total amount in one go when setting his chosen day.
Payment cannot be made in instalments.
Coffee, tea, soft drinks and sweets are included with the appointment.
The stated prices for the products and services offered are in Euros, including and excluding VAT and any promo code.
VTB PRO can only accept payments via the payment modules that we offer on our website. These are Visa/Mastercard, Bancontact, Maestro, Paypal.
ARTICLE 8 – Termination of agreement
The participant may dissolve the agreement two calendar days before the appointment without giving any reason.
Dissolution of the agreement free of charge is only possible up to 2 calendar days before the start
In case of cancellation by the customer 1 calendar day in advance, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
In case of cancellation by the customer on the day itself, 0% of the total amount will be refunded
ARTICLE 9 – Personal Data.
Personal data entered by the customer will be included in a file. This data will be used for the execution of the services chosen by the customer.
If desired, the customer can inspect the data that VTB PRO records about the customer in the file. The customer is entitled to request changes to the data if these data are incorrect.
This information will not be used for any other purpose or shared with third parties.
ARTICLE 10 – Quality labels, certificates
VTB PRO gives you a lifetime warranty on the tinted windows. VTB Pro, Vitres Teintées Bruxelles, always offers many years of guarantees for its services. This is indicated on the warranty card that every customer receives after his visit to VTB Pro.
